Kent State University is adopting some of the methods of online public participation as they prepare the University’s strategic plan. There have been 500 ideas submitted and 10,000 project page views – in other words, learning and participating:
The dialogues below align with the university’s six strategic goals, and build upon the campus and college strategic plans. Every couple of days a new topic will be opened for discussion and moderated by members of the Strategic Plan Committee. The committee is looking for broad input from every corner of the University community. No matter what your role in our community–undergrad, adjunct, staff, PhD candidate, administrative support–we’re eager to hear what your ideas and responses.
